Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Volarify. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Culture and Awareness: Support all aspects of Volarify's safety culture and create awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
  • Technology Design and Construction: Coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts that meet constructability, quality, financial, and technical standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Review and participation of outgoing RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers in the pre-construction process.
  • Change Order Reviews: Management of change orders reviews and bid pricing with the project engineer and subcontractor team.
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Management of subcontractors and suppliers including communication, date tracking, scheduling, and reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Tech Consulting Process: Management of the technology consulting process between Volarify and client/owner's consultants and contractors.
  • New Technologies: Identify and develop new technologies that support the Smart Building offering of Volarify.
  • Staff Development: Assist in maintaining and growing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Accurate Work Performance: Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Communication Skills: Communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to conduct effective presentations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability, and generate future work through building relationships.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
