  • Be a Problem Solver: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production, inventory, and customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and customers to ensure clear understanding of bakery operations, products, and services.
  • Be a Quality Control Specialist: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all bakery products, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications

Cake decorating experience and knowledge of bakery operations are highly desirable.
