We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman Supervisor to lead and supervise pipeline installation and maintenance projects for highway and roadway construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipe laying, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily pipeline installation and maintenance operations, managing a team of pipe crew members.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Material Management: Oversee the selection, handling, and installation of pipe materials, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or changes.

• Experience: Proven experience in pipeline installation and maintenance, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pipe materials, installation techniques, and equipment.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
