Job Summary

Spring Education Group is seeking a dynamic Preschool Principal to lead our Castle Rock campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality instructional program and overseeing the overall operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the school administration team and ensure the delivery of a high-quality instructional program
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, staff training and development, student enrollment, and parent and community relations
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, manage profit and loss, and maintain a safe and clean school environment
  • Recruit qualified staff and use local marketing strategies to generate and retain enrollment
Requirements
  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a preschool setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and techniques
  • Ability to build a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
