Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Beloit Memorial Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients requiring life support, including management of patients on ventilators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all respiratory therapy modalities, including blood gas collection and analysis
  • Manage patients on life support, including ventilators
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program
  • RRT credentials or be RRT eligible and obtain within 1 year of hire
  • Current CPR certification
  • WI Respiratory Therapist license
  • NRP Certification or must obtain within 1 year of hire
