The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist for a nursing job in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients' needs with the nurse's competencies.

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develops and implements individualized patient care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in a PCU setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
