Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and will be responsible for ensuring our agency is in compliance with regulations and agency policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies.
  • Develop and implement organizational strategies to ensure company compliance.
  • Audit and maintain compliance records across the organization.
  • Travel to various sites to conduct quality assurance reviews.
  • Communicate changes to respective departments to ensure policies and practices are properly implemented.
  • Establish and maintain compliance procedures.
  • Participate in Licensure Reviews as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related areas such as Education, Social Work, or Business Management.
  • Related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrated experience in keeping up with ever-changing federal, state and local laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio.
