Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team at Terminix. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.

• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent service and ensuring their pest control needs are met.
• Pest Control Services: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations, and implement effective treatment plans to eliminate pests.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, vehicles, and other tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical school preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Pest Control Technicians work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial properties, and may be exposed to pests, chemicals, and other hazards. Terminix provides comprehensive training and equipment to ensure the safety and well-being of our technicians.
