We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Craftsmanship Specialist to join our team at Merge Opportunities. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our organization by delivering high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Morale, and Environmental targets
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment and completion of daily checklists
- Improve metrics of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Morale, and Environmental, and support Systems Damage Reduction efforts
- High School education or GED minimum/partial college or trade school preferred
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, good memory, mechanical aptitude, hand-eye coordination, dependability, ability to follow directions, and a strong willingness to learn
- Craftsmen that take the initiative to make improvements will excel in this role
- Craftsmen must be able to read, write, and speak English

- Ability to use or operate assembly tools, i.e., electric powered dynamic torque tools
- Ability to walk or move - to regularly move about inside the office or onto the facility
- Ability to see or detect, identify, recognize, or assess surroundings while in the office or warehouse areas
- Ability to bend, turn, and stoop occasionally
- Ability to sit or be stationary for brief periods of time
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, duration of the shift
- Ability to constantly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and periodically 50 lbs.

Compensation: $20.00/per hour - $25.00/per hour. Compensation will vary DOE.
