Job Overview

Bayshore Mortgage Funding LLC is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Branch Leader to manage our branch operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mortgage professionals and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage financial statements for the branch, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, interview, and develop a high-performing team of mortgage professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • A book of business or realtor relationships, demonstrating your ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Prior management experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can lead by example and inspire their team to achieve excellence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
