Job Summary:
As a Medical Imaging Specialist at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. Under the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services and the Manager of Imaging Services, you will perform diagnostic MRI procedures for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with patients, physicians, family members, and other hospital employees to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Maintain expert technical and patient-care skills to provide quality diagnostic results.
- Manage supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or Graduate from a school of Radiologic Technology approved by the American Medical Association.
- Preferred qualifications include one year of experience as an MRI Technologist, Medical Radiologic Technologist license through the Texas Medical Board, and Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
