Key Responsibilities:

As a Dishwasher at Red Robin Corporate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen environment and ensuring that all dishes are properly washed and sorted. You may also be involved in food preparation to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
  • Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
  • Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
  • Retirement Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
