Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Facilities Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and facility operations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Supervise and train a team of engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager in an upper-upscale or luxury hotel.
  • Bachelor's degree or related relevant years of experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
