About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Chugh LLP. As a key member of our corporate law practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate and employment matters.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review corporation governing documents, including articles of incorporation and bylaws;
  • Analyze complex legal issues and research corporate compliance;
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunals;
  • Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business documents;
  • Negotiate with outside parties on contractual issues and legal disputes;
  • Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions;

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate litigation;
  • Prior experience in preparing corporation governing documents and reviewing business agreements is highly desirable;
  • Must have passed the Virginia Bar or have admission pending;
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

What We Offer

Chugh LLP offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
