Key Responsibilities

As a Xactimate Estimator/Project Manager at Dririte, you will be responsible for:

Estimation and Project Management
  • Create detailed estimates using Xactimate software for restoration projects, including water damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Sales and Client Relations
  • Engage with potential clients directly, including leads from digital channels, with the goal of closing sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Present estimates and services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring clarity and agreement on the project scope.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.

Payscale: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on project management, estimating, and sales.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Mold Remediation Industry Standards, construction practices, and general restoration processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus.
