Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health CNA, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care plans are followed
  • Observe patient needs and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care or medication
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
