Responsibilities:
* Clean and service hospital building areas, including patient and non-patient space
* Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain the hospital and its grounds in an orderly and sanitary condition
* Work under the direct supervision of the Environment Services Manager or designee
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Previous housekeeping/laundry experience preferred
* Ability to communicate with patients, staff, and visitors
* Aptitude to perform basic calculations and transcription of numerical records
* Ability to speak, read, and write in English
* Ability to carry weight and lift up to 10lbs frequently, and up to 40lbs occasionally
* Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
