Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide guidance on tradecraft and argumentation to customers as they conceptualize and structure analytic assessments. This includes facilitating the application of structured thinking methods and approaches to manage uncertainty and address complex intelligence problems.

Additionally, you will work with customer authors to improve the development of estimative outlines and assessments, and collaborate with managers and analysts to strengthen argumentation and analytic rigor. You will also provide timely and constructive feedback to customers on their product drafts and perform post-production product evaluations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in intelligence analysis and tradecraftExperience drafting, structuring, and reviewing all-source analytic productsKnowledge of structured analytic techniques (SATs) and toolsAbility to advise IC analysts on the proper application of analytic tradecraftExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
