Job Title: ICU Travel Nurse

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled ICU travel nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various practice settings, including intensive care units, and experience a variety of patient care scenarios.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a registered nurse with a strong background in ICU care to fill a 13-week travel nursing position in Silver Spring, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the ICU setting and possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the ICU setting.
  • Active BLS certification.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.
