About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Specialist to join our team at Bloom Value Corporation. As an Eligibility Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing eligibility lifecycle, ensuring proper loading of all Health Plan eligibility and capitation files, updating members' eligibility as requested, and coordinating with Health Plans on needed changes/updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of eligibility files
  • Updating member information and benefits
  • Collaborating with Health Plans to resolve issues
  • Loading new benefits and updating existing ones
  • Identifying and correcting address discrepancies
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years working in managed care setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience as eligibility coordinator or specialist

This is a part-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
