About the Role:

Avera@Home Sioux Falls is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Avera@Home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or in facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the nursing process to provide nursing care for Avera@Home patients within the scope of practice.
  • Assume responsibility for the outcome of nursing care provided to patients.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years related healthcare experience and/or training preferred.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, every 4th weekend, occasional holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks.

Pay:

The hourly range for this position is $31.50 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
