Nursing Unit Manager Job Summary
The Laurels of Huber Heights is looking for an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care on our units. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of LPNs, CNAs, and other caregivers to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality nursing care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, prioritizing their safety and well-being
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and services

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years' experience in long-term care settings or a related field
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of caregivers
