KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Case Management Supervisor is a leadership role tasked with overseeing case management and ensuring the safe and timely provision of release services. This position includes training new case managers and supervising the performance of the case management team. The Senior Case Management Supervisor guarantees effective oversight and coordination of case management services.
Supervisory Duties:
- Distributes caseloads among case managers for intensive management and necessary services, including medical evaluations, educational assessments, legal assistance, and family reunification efforts.
- Provides supervision, support, and training to Case Managers and the Sub-Lead Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensures the thorough completion of assessments and related social or medical history documentation relevant to client needs and case records.
- Facilitates the service planning process; actively participates in client staffing and follow-up as required.
- Guarantees the prompt and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork, including administrative, clinical, and caseload documentation.
- Safeguards the human and legal rights of clients.
- Delivers direct services to children to maintain an appropriate staff/client ratio in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintains high-quality service delivery and meets productivity expectations as defined by the supervisor.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures established by funding sources, state licensing regulations, and agency guidelines.
- Responds to emergencies and provides crisis intervention as needed.
- Applies for necessary support funds.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in supervisory and case management roles, including two (2) years of experience working with children. A Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services is preferred.
- Commitment to completing at least 10 hours of continuing education/training annually.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proof of immunizations for Varicella (2 doses), MMR (1 dose), Influenza (yearly), and Tdap (1 dose).
- A valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage is necessary.
