Position Overview This role plays a vital part in the success of Koffee Kult by delivering exceptional customer service to every patron. The position is designed to create a memorable Koffee Kult Experience through prompt service, high-quality beverages, and a clean, inviting store atmosphere. The individual will embody and promote Koffee Kult's core values.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintains composure during busy periods or unexpected events to ensure the store operates smoothly and sets a positive example for the team.
- Proactively assesses customer and store needs by continuously observing the environment and customer cues.
- Communicates relevant information to management to enable the team to foster a welcoming atmosphere during each shift.
- Assists in training new team members by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching as necessary.
- Contributes to a supportive team environment by identifying changes in team morale and performance and communicating them to management.
- Delivers outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and establishing connections. Identifies and addresses customer requirements.
- Adheres to Koffee Kult's operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure the safety of all team members during shifts.
- Maintains a tidy and organized workspace, enabling team members to easily locate resources and products.
- Consistently provides high-quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items by following all recipe and presentation standards. Complies with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all offerings.
- Recognizes and celebrates individual and team achievements using established organizational methods.
- Ensures regular and punctual attendance.
- Ensures adherence to all Koffee Kult drink recipes and procedures, maintaining the highest quality and consistency standards.
- Guarantees that all Koffee Kult food offerings meet exceptional quality standards.
- Tastes beverages and food items as required during shifts for quality assurance.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meets store operational policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Engages with and understands customers, including identifying and responding to their needs through clear and friendly communication.
- Prepares food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers, including adjustments such as temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Willingness to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
