Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guitar Repair Tech to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by repairing and maintaining their instruments to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear and equipment
- Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other stringed instruments
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products
