We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Fitness Floor Specialist to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Fitness Floor Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fitness floor.

About the Role

This is a full-time overnight position that requires punctuality and reliability. You will be working independently to clean and sanitize fitness equipment and maintain the overall cleanliness of the fitness floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the fitness floor.
  • Clean and sanitize fitness equipment.
  • Report any broken or missing equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Requirements
  • Custodial experience preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work third shift is required.
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic are expected.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
