About the Role:

As an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will provide direct support to clinic staff, ensuring smooth office operations and practical processes for a seamless professional patient care environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales, and hearing aid fittings
• Manage office operations, including scheduling and patient flow
• Collaborate with the SVP of Operations to oversee financial management of the office
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the office and attract new patients
