Job Description
The Client Success Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing complex client portfolios of mass affluent customers. As a critical member of the TD Premier team, you will provide high-level advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with internal partners to connect clients with specialists and deliver a personalized, connected experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and grow existing business by identifying new opportunities and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank products and offerings to effectively communicate with clients and internal partners
- Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and other means to discuss additional opportunities and best service their needs
- Collaborate with wealth advisors and other partners to identify areas for deeper banking relationships and drive joint pipeline review meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of financial/banking experience with a focus on retail and small business banking
- Strong understanding of consultative sales principles and practices
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal systems and tools
