Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista/Food Server at Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle food and alcohol in accordance with state and local policies and health standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests to offer suggestions and complete special requests.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one.
• State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
