Haulage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Charah Solutions, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in an off-road setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dump trucks and water trucks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that materials are unloaded into designated areas while adhering to all safety regulations.

• Operate dump trucks and water trucks in an off-road setting.
• Safely unload material into designated areas.
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

• Valid drivers license required.
• Minimum one-year experience operating trucks required.
• Experience driving in a construction or similar environment preferred.

• This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime.
• Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
