About the Role

This role involves providing direct patient care, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and being part of a dynamic cross-functional team of clinicians. You will be responsible for delivering safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to multiple patients, while also monitoring their vital signs, educating them on kidney disease-related topics, and building long-term relationships with them.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior dialysis experience required; we provide paid training
  • Ability to work long hours (up to 12+ hours) on your feet
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory
