About the Position
This is a full-time permanent position that will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aquatic facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lifeguarding, pool operations, and customer service.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage conflicts and crises. Your experience in aquatic environments, including pool safety protocols and emergency procedures, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lifeguarding: Ensuring the safety of patrons by actively scanning the pool area and responding to emergencies.
  • Patient Care: Providing first aid and basic life support when necessary.
  • Certifications: Maintaining current certifications in CPR-PR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine checks on pool equipment and reporting any issues or damage.
  • Emergency Procedures: Understanding and following established emergency procedures, including evacuations and rescues.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to patrons, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
In addition to the above, you will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in ongoing training and development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
