Saw Operator

CPP Corporation is seeking a skilled Saw/Grind Operator to join our Cudahy team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating sawing and grinding equipment to precision-cut metal components for our aerospace foundry.

• Operate sawing and grinding equipment to precision-cut metal components
• Adjust saw guides, wax blades, and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished castings and perform simple rework as required
• Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

This is a full-time position working on the shop floor in a foundry environment. Required PPE includes safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, and a leather apron or Kevlar coat.

This position requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent and consistent basis without company sponsorship.
