Job Summary

A Maintenance Technician at Heritage Place is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our community's facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, and other critical systems.
  • Conduct general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned to ensure the community's facilities and grounds are well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure vacant units are prepared for move-in according to community standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • CPR certification
