To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Experience as a process engineer in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of vacuum coating processes.
- Experience with design software and statistically designed experiments.
- Experience using analytical equipment and interpreting/communicating results.
This role is based at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, with occasional travel (up to 5% domestic/international) required.
