Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Emler Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll students in lessons, collect payments, and manage administrative responsibilities.
  • Complete curriculum training to become knowledgeable on our products and services.
  • Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers.
  • Attend paid training and development opportunities.
  • Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Opportunities for extra hours are available, with preference given to customer service staff who are cross-trained as swim instructors.
  • Perform physical tasks, such as standing for periods of time, moving around the facility, and lifting merchandise.
