Morning Cook

We are seeking a skilled Morning Cook to join our team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items to high standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and storage procedures are followed.
• Package products to specifications and perform opening and closing duties as instructed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• At least one year's experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Basic math skills and ability to understand and follow recipe measurements.

This is a full-time, seasonal position requiring early morning shifts, including weekends. The kitchen environment can be hot and damp, with moderate-to-high noise levels.
