Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans on patients, considering factors such as contrast administration and radiation safety.
  • Position patients correctly and explain procedures clearly to ensure a smooth scanning process.
  • Analyze images to identify any areas requiring additional attention, collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan data, and relevant medical history.
  • Work effectively with diverse patient populations, communicating clearly and empathetically to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current state licensure as a CT Technologist.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in CT scanning software and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
