We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our team at Assured Nursing. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by performing CT scans and analyzing images to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans on patients, considering factors such as contrast administration and radiation safety.
- Position patients correctly and explain procedures clearly to ensure a smooth scanning process.
- Analyze images to identify any areas requiring additional attention, collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan data, and relevant medical history.
- Work effectively with diverse patient populations, communicating clearly and empathetically to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a CT Technologist.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in CT scanning software and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
