Department Insights:
Our community-based department is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of our clients. We work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and family therapists, to deliver comprehensive care. Our clinical model, Attachment Regulation Competency (ARC), guides our approach to treatment.
Your Role:
As a Children's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS) provider, you will deliver trauma-informed care in various community settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
- Providing psychotherapy and psychological testing.
- Engaging in case consultations and continuing education.
- Maintaining compliance with clinic standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
- Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota.
- Experience in community-based clinical services, particularly with children and families.
- Preferred training in child, couples, or family therapy.
