VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to assess and evaluate client needs, develop and implement appropriate plans of action, and provide counseling and teaching strategies as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate client needs and develop plans of action in collaboration with physicians
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, including counseling and teaching strategies
  • Document all changes in client condition and update care plans accordingly
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided
  • Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy Licensure in NJ with AOTA certification required
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid NJ driver's license
