The Resident Services Associate will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, offering personalized assistance and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. This role is responsible for enhancing the living experience for our senior residents by providing exceptional concierge and reception services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Assist residents with various requests, including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to arrange services for residents such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain and update resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the community, including services, events, and policies.
  • Assist with the coordination and communication of resident activities and events.
  • Support residents with minor administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and making copies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents.
  • Maintain inventory of office and concierge supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of resident newsletters and notices.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
