About the Role

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of talented crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Ensure that all restaurant operations meet Raising Cane's standards during a shift, including managing cash handling, enforcing policies and standards, and executing shift management meetings.
  • Crew Management: Direct and motivate crew members to provide excellent customer service, utilize the reward and recognition program, and authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order.
  • Training and Development: Complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs and stay up-to-date on new systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
