Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at the El Paso International Airport. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and other sweet treats. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods
  • Collaborate with the restaurant operations team to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
