Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students across Georgia, providing comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and delivering direct and indirect therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students, including one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress, including progress reports and IEP updates.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Georgia SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
