About the Job

We're seeking an experienced installation specialist to join our team at Artcraft Eco Panel Crafters. As a lead installer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality installations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various products, including specialty wood walls, custom millwork, glass staircases, and other architectural features.
• Lead a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Work with customers to address their installation needs.
• Clean up after installations, adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow local regulations and codes, as well as OSHA guidelines.
• Provide accurate time estimates for upcoming jobs.
• Lift 50 lbs and work extended hours when needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of building materials and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with Bluebeam software.
