Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freight Transport Specialist to join our team at Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC.

About the Role

This position is responsible for safely transporting and delivering parts to various locations within our designated area. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a valid driver's license.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and location in Gainesville, GA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver parts as assigned, utilizing efficient routes and schedules.
  • Assist the shipping and receiving clerk with part checking and stocking.
  • Maintain the safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
  • Ensure driving records meet company requirements.
Requirements
  • Prefer experience in parts-related roles or equivalent experience in logistics and transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with the public in a sales/service capacity.
