Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Infojini. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans based on medical history and current health status.
  • Coordinate care across multiple disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving health needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed, adhering to aseptic techniques.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for geriatric patients, including those in memory care settings.
  • Provide support for neonatal ventilator management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of inpatient and outpatient care processes.
  • Proficient in medication administration and experience with various injection techniques.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Experience in geriatrics, particularly with memory care patients is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical office operations and effective communication skills within a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while also demonstrating strong independent decision-making skills.
