Job Overview

The Principal ServiceNow Analyst will support the core functions of the ServiceNow platform to enable cost-effective, high-quality patient care at Stanford Health Care. This position will implement, administer, and support the ServiceNow platform with minimal guidance from senior members of the team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for defining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address business needs and problems. The successful candidate will lead complex ServiceNow initiatives and workflows, understand new platform capabilities, and provide technical expertise to senior leadership to drive the ServiceNow platform roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Define solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address business needs and problems.
  • Lead role in the implementation of complex ServiceNow initiatives and workflows.
  • Understand new platform capabilities and conduct educational demos to business stakeholders and technical team members.
  • Provide input and technical expertise to senior leadership to drive the ServiceNow platform roadmap.

The salary range for this position is approximately $68.46-$90.70 per hour, based on internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
