  • Design and develop new products, including prototypes, to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product transitions into production.
  • Act as the primary engineering contact for completed products, providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, design files, and test reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineer Technology.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a product design role, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works, with experience in computer-aided design and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
