Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Med Center Health. As a key member of our radiation oncology department, you will be responsible for performing therapy localization procedures and administering radiation treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed courses of treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform therapy localization procedures to ensure accurate treatment delivery
  • Deliver prescribed planned courses of therapy with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional patient care, addressing their needs and concerns in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
  • Routinely observe and maintain radiation safety measures and infection control protocols
  • Conduct age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of adult and geriatric patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of a radiation therapy program
  • Registration with the ARRT in radiation therapy (or obtained within one year of placement/hire)
  • Certification by the State of Kentucky
